Registration

| All
students must complete the enclosed
registration form, including insurance information, medical history,
emergency
contact and release. All paperwork must be on file with the School
office
before a student will be admitted to class. A yearly, non-refundable
fee of $25
is payable upon registration. Registration fee not required for adult
students. |
Tuition
Policy
|
| Tuition
is not refundable. Total Payment for
the year upon registration will have a 10% discount. Monthly payments
must be
received prior to the 5th of each month. Enrolled students who, due to
injury
or serious illness are forced to withdraw prior to the end of the full
semester
should inform to the School office immediately with a letter of medical
release. Such students may be eligible for a partial refund.
A 10%
total tuition discount will be allotted
to families who have more than 1 student less than 18 years of age
enrolled in
the Ballet program. |
